For A2 do we just need to know the case name and legal point then?

Yep, unless it's impossible not to include facts of the case. (e.g. ...in the case of Gomez it was held that an appropriation is an assumption of any of the rights of the owner) here, you didn't really need to say what exactly happened in Gomez and the legal point is enough. Although, this may vary from cases to case obviously.

It took me ages, been doing it since March but i really couldnt grasp it at all. I dont think it will take long if you understand the concept  Just memorising cases and stuff!

Today
- A3 paper on Causation
- A3 paper on remoteness of damage
- A3 paper on res ipsa loquitur
- Lunch
- Mind map of pre trial procedure
- Mind map on tracks and relevant courts
- Mind map on damages
- Mind map on methods of payment.

Also going on a walk to get sweets at some point

Then ive finished my law02 notes and revision. Just have to go through it nearer the exam. YEHHH.

Then to start this stupid law and morality essay if i can be bothered. Sigh.:frown:
Today is a lack of motivation day.

I kind of understand it all, I just have to revise it. Its very lengthy, a lot of sub-topics and cases. So I think I'd do it all night and get done with it, for about 4-6 hours. Im hoping i'd be able to cover most of the significant part...
Do you get propositions in your exam too?
Oh i see you have it on your list for today!

Okay

Explain the relationship between law and morality.
- Applications of analytical chemistry
- Aspects of human reproduction
- Write up notes on stakeholders
- Design and materials

Just the notes on stakeholders left to write up, but really lacking motivation today, hopefully I'll be able to at least write up the notes.
