Cat Points Question

Hi,

I'm in the final year doing Business Information Systems at Brighton, I chose not to do the final year project and therefore had to aim for an Ordinary Degree.

Currently i'm on 240 Points, I'm taking 4 modules each worth 20 points. I'm pretty confident i've passed 2 of them which would put me on 280 points.

I believe you need 300 for an ordinary degree, so just have two questions.

First being, if I fail one module and pass the other to achieve the 300 points do I still graduate and achieve the ordinary degree?

Secondly the two remaining modules had 1 assignment and 1 end of year exam. I've passed both assignments, got a D in one and a C in the other. If I were to fail both exams what would happen then?

Thansk for your time, first exam is tomorrow then last one is on the 10th. I've never been so stressed out before, can't wait till it's over.
