Question about parental support (error)

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for me.

I've completed my part of the application, its all sent off. I chose for my parents to provide their financial information separately.

However, when I finish completing all their info and submitting it, I get an error message. Then I'll click back...and suddenly it will claim the info has been sent and that they are not awaiting any evidence.

Which seems great, until next time I log on to my parents accounts and all the sections are ticked off, except the 'Income' section which is still filled in but not marked as complete. So I do the same again, submit it, and get the same error message. Then I click back, and its all complete again.

It's messing with my mind damn it...

Also, on my application, it will still say that they're awaiting my parents financial information despite the fact I sent this a few weeks ago initially.

Tried phoning them and the woman I got was beyond useless :rolleyes:

Any comments?
