Euro stuff

Given all the argy-bargy about the Euroland budget at the moment, do we feel a thread about it would be beneficial? I'm just thinking that the non-EU reps might not like a thread in which they cannot participate (much).

The Federative republic of Brazil would like to say that the euros budget may also affect it's trading exports and imports for its members, therefore involves every country that trades with european countries. Although it would be a main euro dominated thread, I would have no objection to it being carried on.
