When i applied to LSE they asked for all my unit scores and whether im going to resit them. Manchester UCL didnt ask though.

Also if there asking whether your resitting there asking for a reason, so it probably matters

If your AS scores have been cashed in then you have to put them. Then you put the resit down again therefore noticing that you have resat it. I failed one of my biology exams but because it was a U in only one of the exams and I got a D overall I had to put it in. Then I put it down again with pending for the resit.

Some do others don't, if you resit exams and state you didn't the uni's can imply a death penalty upon you.

You are going to have to declare your AS grades on your ucas as its going to be compulsory from this next ucas cycle onwards, so if you get a low grade they might know that your going to retake the module and if you dont retake they will just see a low grade.

But if you achieve low grades at AS, doesn't that affect your predicted grades which universities will see? And then you'd have to explain to them that you're re-taking? I have just started UCAS and researching universities so I may be wrong..

It depends whether or not you tell them! For some universities, an offer will be more likely to be made if you say you're doing re-sits because they will think that you will achieve their offer. Other (top) universities frown upon re-sits.
