lunch was good, though it took 2 hours to come

then managed too keep up with Mian (VFR800)
2hours?! why so slow?! i think i saw you this morning in hendon as i was heading to the ace for the jets ride, just after 9.

was it dave on the hornet? he seemed like an accident waiting to happen, made sure i was well away (infront ) of him!

Going to be taking my CBT pretty soon and wondering if I should just get a 125cc or go the A2 restriction way?

    Thanks

We're split this way, i don't like 125's, and think everyone should do the ful test, others say practise for a while on a 125.

Are you going to keep wanting to ride for more than 2 years? If so the test is getting silly at the end of this year, so it would make sense to do the test now.

here are you planning on riding, if it;s just round town a 125 is all you'll need, bigger roads you'll be wanting a larger bike and so the restricted route would make sense

Yeah i will want to be riding for more than two years. Think il take my CBT during the summer then some sort of intensive training for experience then take the A2.

they had 2 big groups in at the time, so rather busy.

and that was probably me heading to jew school.

i Dont think i saw Dave do an overtake that id havedone myself, so many blind corners!

    how old are you?
i say stay on a 125 for a 6-12 months, then a bigger bike (makes the first off cheaper and less painfull).

though, if you are under 21 id still do the test this year, as new restrictions will come in next year (in the OP)

New testing is coming in come next year, where you have to take a new test each time you want to be able to ride a bigger capacity bike, which means that it'll get expensive, so if you can do it this year

I keep seeing people saying this, it's bugging me so I thought I'd throw in my thoughts. Who's to say that your first crash will be on a 125? IIRC most of us didn't crash our 125's, we waited until we had a bike we really cared about until we threw it down the road/into a hedge/through a hedge/reversed into the back of a horse lorry.

    I like 125's ^^

very good, thank you! I'm all done and dusted as far as exams are concerned so I now have the summer to enjoy myself. I plan on doing this with some friends (http://cdn.ientry.com/sites/webprone...ondrinking.png) fairly soon, which will be good.

How's the grim north treating you? Have you seen the white walkers beyond the wall?
