I was given Sept but I wouldn't mind having March because then I would be able to work longer in the summer and maybe even fit in a holiday. As it is, Northumbria is my insurance so it probably won't matter because I'm pretty certain I'll meet the requirements of my firm. But I really liked Northumbria and I think I would have a great time if I went there, it had a good vibe when I visited, just want to move somewhere that's new to me.
Ahh I see I've got a job interview on monday so if I get that then I think I'll go to Northumbria and just build a bit of money up before I go because accommodation is soo expensive! Yeah I really liked it there and love newcastle but then went to manchester and loved it there too! Aww well good luck to you hope you get your firm choice! X

Well done did you apply for the Medway campus or the Canterbury campus? I applied for the Medway campus but turned it down so I could accept Brighton's offer xx
Congrats on getting through and also choosing brighton. I am a current nursing student at brighton university and thought would let you know there is a site for ALL new students for brighton http://www.facebook.com/brightonstudents2012 on facebook....it will also lead you to other groups that may help you meet new people who will also be starting your course and the different things available for health profession students who will be studying at brighton (includung the societies etc) and accomodation and things

yeah I liked sheffield as well, the woman I had for the individual interview was really harsh tho & about 80% of my interview consisted of her asking about the video we'd watched!
thanks well done on all your offers too  will u be living in halls?x
yeah the woman i had was like the main woman that did all of the presentations. yeah id say that most of my questions were on the video of the woman!

Thanks , um hopefully, depends where i go, how about you?

Yea Im living about 45mins away so its not that bad for me. What other offers did you get? where are you from?
I'm from South Wales so wouldn't be too bad either, I've got an offer from Glamorgan as well which starts in September, I've put it as my firm choice now and Cardiff as my insurance cause it was just too long to wait for me

    What about you?

    Hey,

I have no idea which uni to chose from! I tried to get in last year but I had 5 rejections, but this year I've got the choice of three. Glamorgan, Swansea an Cardiff (though Cardiff's in March)

I've been trying to decide for a week now and I still have no clue!!! where would any of you go??? HELP!

    Katie xx
Heya, I was in exactly the same situation last year and this year! Been pulling my hair out between Cardiff (in March) and Glam (in September) but finally decided yesterday on Glam simply cause its an earlier start and it means being qualified and getting out nursing earlier doesn't it Have you got any preference at all? x

Well they've offered me an unconditional offer! I'll get my degree in june! I haven't recieved a letter from Bucks but I emailed them and confirmed via email that it was unconditional! When did they send you the letter? I haven't recieved anything more in the post from them! Do you know when we'll have to start the CRB and Occupational Health forms?
Just found out we don't get any more info or forms to fill in for CRB etc. til July/Aug time.
