Re: Business/Management course - ABB-BBB
Aston has many business combined honours courses available at ABB-BBB I believe not sure if your looking for combinations though..
such as
Business/psychology
Business/public policy
Business/international relations
with others too
there is a compulsory placement year and they have an excellent record of graduate employment. -

UCB in Birmingham is your best bet as the degree is issued by The University of Birmingham which is now part of The Russell Group of universities -
Re: Business/Management course - ABB-BBBinteresting fact it is called the Russell Group because the people who formed the group finalised the agreement at the Russell Hotel in Russell Square in London(Original post by _Saaaam_)

Aston Business School is prestigious.(Original post by _Saaaam_)
Isn't the overall performance of the Uni more important in terms of what people from the outside think rather than your actual subject area?
Aston has the higher proportion of grads entering employment than Oxford and the highest outside of London what does that tell you about what outside people think of their grads.
The business school is huge myself and friends who have grad jobs were told at interviews when it comes to business employers think of Aston very highly -
Re: Business/Management course - ABB-BBBGlad to hear this yet again as I'm starting at Aston Business School in October(Original post by gem89)

At your interviews what other UNi's were thought of highly? Also, what others would you recommend for ABB - BBB?

If you go onto the times uni league tables then look at the tables for business studies then click on the employment column it will show you how good the unis are with regards to employment

Re: Business/Management course - ABB-BBB
Was wondering if someone can help me.....
Due to poor grades (C, C, E), my late application and the fact that I have to stay at home, the only course I can really apply for is a Business Management foundation degree (which I've been accepted in).
Problem is I got an E at Business Studies at A level (C at AS, but an E overall).
Do I realistically have any chance to do well in this Business Management foundation degree course?
Thanks in advance! -
Re: Business/Management course - ABB-BBBSounds like a silly question, but what are the 'graduate employment' section figures based on?(Original post by gem89)

Surrey go on about how good their graduate employment is but from what the tables suggest it doesn't seem outstanding!
