EPQ Topics

This could quite possibly be in the wrong section, however I feel that you guy's can give me a better answer, so I'll stick it here.

I am going to do Computer Science at university.

I'm starting my EPQ within the next few weeks, and want to do it on something related to Computer Science. The reasons being it may give me a small head-start on a certain topic, and that it'll give me something to talk about in my Interview / Personal Statement.

I was just wondering whether anyone had any possible ideas / suggestions of what would be a good topic to research / investigate.

Just incase you're not familiar with the EQP, it's a 5000 word essay whereby your must research a topic and then write the essay, referencing your sources of information (usually books, journals, etc).

So, any suggestions will be useful guys, as stupid as they may seem to you :smile:
