Does anyone know info about different ways to meantally rehearse very closed skills like a gymnasts vault?
OR ways to phsyiologically improve strength in back muscles to produce a stronger faster heel lift in the 1st flight?
Any images or perfect technique for long and triple jump and a gymnast doing a backaway?
Please help me i've only got a week to totally complete and am on D4 still!
