I think I did this question right:
I said that only the sand was covalent bonding, a giant lattice structure and had high melting points.
I said the other one was a molecular structure and low melting point and had weak bonds between the molecules
I said that neither were ionic bonding

Didn't use the both column at all


Yeah, you pretty much did the same as me :smile: Though after the exam I realised that both of them have covalent bonds so I guess we don't get full marks for that question...

Sulfur Dioxide and Silicon Dioxide are both covalent bonds.
