I got an offer from Singapore Institute of Management. But if I am offered a place in HKU, I'll forgo that one.

I hope this isn't too rude of me to ask, but may I know what are all your A-levels (or equivalent) results?

Hi, I'm new to this thread.
I've applied for Risk management in CUHK and RMBI and quantitaive finance in HKUST. I've got interviewed from all of them in February. But since then, I haven't heard any news from them. Should I ring them up to ask for the progress? Has anyone got offers from these courses?

Hi everyone. I have got an offer from CUHK Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm). Actually this is my second degree since I applied as a degree holder. Let me introduce myself, I am a final year student of HKUST biochemistry. My GPA is not good and is only slightly above 3. I never tell anyone including my friends in HKUST about my application since I think it is very ridiculous for me to apply pharmacy because of my poor result. And I know one of my classmate who also study biochemistry and a friend who study chemistry also apply pharmacy and both of them have much better academic record. They both got an interview in December 2011 but I did not. So I think my chance is already very low. However, I am invited to the interview just after my final exam in HKUST. I think this may be my only chance since I have also applied other medical related degree in HKU but receive no reply. Though I got an interview, I never expect anything since CUHK Pharmacy is very competitive and I was finding other back-up plan. But today morning, miracle was come and a conditional offer is given to me. Unbelievably, my condition is only cGPA above 3 and shows the proof of graduation and work experience. I think why I can get an offer is because I was working in Prince Wales hospital CUHK medical faculty for part-time every Saturday!! I was afraid to tell my friend that I have got an offer because it seems that he hasn’t got it. And he always says thinking ways to perform better in examination is the only useful way to increase chance of admission. I think he is only partially correct because I think working experience is also very important for an applicant who possesses a degree. Now I have proved that I am correct!! But now feel a bit sorry to him since I never tell my friend that I have applied CUHK BPharm and working in Prince Wales hospital for part-time, and being a pharmacist is his dream since many years ago…… But I feel excited more than anything now because of the wonderful offer of Pharmacy!! I would tell him when I am psychologically prepared!

I am sorry for talking a lot of rubbish because I am very excited now! And I would like to ask anyone here would also study pharmacy in CUHK this September?
