Some help would be appreciated please.

I'm applying for student finance for my second year of university, 2011/12.

My mum has just supported my little brother's application, so now she has two customer reference numbers, one for me from last year and one for him. She can't remember the answer to the secret question on her old customer reference number, but she can on her new that was used to support my brother's application.

When it comes to my mum logging in and giving her income details, should I tell her to just use her new customer reference number?

you can only have one account at a time I thought, but yeah use the new one

She should only ever have one account, through which she supports both the respective accounts of you and your brother.
