Whenever I go out drinking, the moment I wake up the next morning I have to poo. As soon as I sit down, a blast of profuse watery diarrhoea explodes from my hole and pebbledashes the toilet bowl. It feels like I'm pissing out of my arse hole and it doesn't stop for like two minutes. The smell is suffocating and makes me gag... it smells like a soup of hot rotting flesh that's been left to marinate and ferment in its own juices. Sometimes it's accompanied by severe abdominal cramps and faecal blood. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this?
