    Squats: 132.5kg 3x6
    Rdls: 142.5kg 2x8
Seated press: 22kg 2x6. I'm not good at these at all! Too gassed to complete 3rd set.
    Chins: bw 8,5..again absolutely shattered

Just realised I was rdl-ing 142.5kg by accident (1xred 25, 1xyellow 15 and 2xgreen 10s either side). I remember whilst doing these thinking these are ****ing heavier than they should be and why is my form feeling so ****ty lol. Will drop the weight next session and go for tens maybe (squats will be heavier too so another reason to pull lighter).

Yeah, stalled on 147.5 for 2 sessions so thought I might as well move down to 80% and work my way back up.

Weighed myself today in a long time. Came in at 79.5kg, not as anorexic as before when I was around 74kg lol..

Thought I'd poke my head in and ask if your guys lift for strong-man competitions or just for personal well-being? You all seem to be "TSR Demigods" or something to that effect so I'm beginning to think TSR leaders are all powerlifters! How old are you (you all seem to know each other)?

    2 half arsed sessions

Squats: 142.5kg 6, 1 [Knee was flaring up towards the end of 1st set, was excruciating during 2nd]
    RDL: 140 2x8
    CGBP: 60x6. 70x6, 60x2x8
    Chin Ups: 2x8
    Face pulls

    Squats: 142.5kg 3x6
RDL: 120x10 [really couldn't be bothered]
    Seated press: 20kg 2x8
    Chin Ups: 1x8
Bacl Extensions: did 3 reps but started getting light headed
Leg curls: Can't remember weight but did these to get ham work in. 2 sets.

Rotator Cuffs were in flames after last barbell bench session. Not flat barbell benching ever again!

    Squats: 145kg 3x6
    Good mornings: 70kg 2x8
    Shoulder press: 22kg 3x6
    Chin ups: 8, 5
    Shoulder stuff.

Using the minimalistic warm up approach to squatting which seems to be paying off. 3rd set was easiest after changing grip to normal instead of hook.
Couldnt be bothered doing rdls so did some light good mornings, seemed to hit my hamstrings and back nicely (although I do like the bashing my traps get after rdls)

    Squats: 147.5kg 6,6,2
    Good Mornings: 75kg 2x8
    Bench Press: 24kg 3x8
    Rows: 80kg x6, 75kg 3x8
Lateral Raises? A set of 10

Knee felt a bit tender today so decided not to back squat (chose to front squat which was pretty silly)

    Deadlift: 160kg x6
Front squat: 80x6 stopped here due to aforementioned pain
    Leg press: 130kg 2x8
    Press: 50x6, 40x8
    V Grip Lat Pulldown: 70kg 2x8
    Dips: 1x20 BW

    Pretty meh overall.

BW = 80kg. I think I;ve got this transformation backwards, Anyhow, quite suprised considering how poor my food intake and sleep has been as of late. Probably dehydrated and end up packing 5kg from a sip of water.

    Weight - 78kg (-2 kg in 3 days)

    Deadlifts: 165kg x6
    Press: 42.5kg 3x6
    Leg press: 150kg 2x8
    GHR: x10
    Pushdown / face pull
    Lat pulldown: 2x8, 1x6
    Curls

Felt some horrible impingement in my shoulder during press warm up sets. Tried out some band work and it worked an absolute treat.

Diet has been awful as of late. More time on my hands these days too.. **** combo. Need to keep myself preoccupied.

    Anyway, past 2 days.

    Squats: 130kg 3x6
    RDL: 120x 2x8
    Press: 45x 3x6
    Lat Pulldown: Some weight 3x8
Tricep pushdown / face pulls some weight

    Squats: 132.5kg 3x6
    Press: 50x3x6
    RDL: 130x2x8
Lat Pulldown: Some weight again 3x8
    Leg Curl: Some weight
    Push Down/Face Pulls

Been taking it easy with squats. Left knee feels very tender and I've noticed my legs cave in like crazy on the way up.

    Press: 52.5kg 2x6 1x3
    Squats: 135kg 3x6
    RDL: 135kg 2x8

    Incline Press: 22kg 2x10

    Tricep Pushdowns/curls/shoulder dislocates.

    Forgot to do lat pulldowns

Been really lazy with this log.

    Press: 58.5kg 5, 3
    Squats: 144.5kg 3x6
    RDL: 130x2x8
    Pulldown: 3 sets
    curls/triceps
    abs

Past few gym workouts have been quite poor so was quite happy with today's one. Quite chuffed with squats considering I only managed 2 sets with 142.5kg just the other day.
Cutting down volume for press, going to really focus on adding weight to the bar.

    Pretty meh session today.

    BW this morning was 78.5kg

    Press: 59.5kg x4, 57.5kg x2
    Squats: 146.5kg 3x6
    RDL: 132.5kg 2x8
    Lat Pulldown: 3 sets
    Tri's/bi's/shoulders
    abs 1x10

    ---------------------
Knew press wasn't going to end well from the get go. Triceps felt absolutely shot. Quite surprised I managed 4 reps. Might switch over to dips or incline db bench.
Squats were a bit weird. First set was quite solid. I could only manage to fit my belly into the third hole of my belt which I think could have been a factor. Some douche thought I was struggling so felt the need to try and spot me from one side of the barbell - ****ing tool! Pretty sure he had his hand on it as well! I told him I was alright since I was in the squat cage and he sort of gave a cheeky smirk. I think I hurt his feelings!
Next two sets were tough but manageable (I got my belly into the 2nd hole this time). Had to take a long breather after squats!
    Other stuff was pretty routine.

I can never understand why strangers feel the need to come and spot people in a cage when the safety bars are set.

    Two pretty meh sessions

    Wednesday?

    Squats: 148kg 1x6, 1x2
    RDL: 140kg 2x8
    Incline Bench: 26kg 3x6
    Lat Pulldown: 61kg 3x8

    Today:

    Squats: 150kg 2x6, 1x2
    RDL: 140kg 2x8
    Incline Bench: 28kg 3x6
    Rows: 80kg 3x8

Probably could have squeezed out another 4 reps but I felt like I was going to throw up. Too much water and super tight belt isn't a very good idea. Also, started doing some intensive squat stretch as of late which seems to help me mobilise my hip joint as well as work on ankle flexibility at the same time. Huzzah! Small note, didn't do much pre-workout stretching (correlation?) and didn't take as much caffeine (although I did have 3 mugs of coffee...).
Rows were done with a close underhand grip. Will probably alternate between them and pulldowns.
Diet has been awful as of late. Went through a brilliant spell only for my destructive side to put all that work to waste. Too frightened to weigh myself.

    Squats: 152.5kg 1x6, 1x4
    RDL: 142.5kg 2x8
    Incline: 30kg 1x6, 1x4
    Rows: 80kg 3x8

    On reflection, pretty terrible session!
