    Terrible session
    -----------------

    Squats: 60 x5, 90x5, 115x5, 135x3, 145x2 (Forgot I was meant to be doing 6x6 today), 145 x2x6

Push Press: Worked up to 65 and did a few sets.

Power Cleans: WOrked up to 84.5kg for 5x3.

    Accessory work
    ------------------

Looks like I'll come off this program. Probably shouldn't have chosen 180 as an 1rm considering I am lighter and I'm eating about half or a third less than when I was doing smolov.

Also, the first 3 weeks are pretty hard to motivate oneself for considering they involve the exact same weight.

ANyways, really can't squat in these shoes anymore. They are too big, which is making me need to tie them a hell of a lot tighter and the bag of the shoe is wearing away too so it seems. Ordered a new pair but don't get them till next month I think.

Will probably jump onto tm now so that i can build strength slowly and hopefully maintain it.

Deadlifting tomorrow, will stick with that plan.

    Deadlifts

    95x10r
    120x10r
    140x10r
    155x8r
    165x6r

    Accessories

    pendlay rows
    1x6 60kg
    3x6 75kg

    Lat pull downs
    3x8 77kg

    Strict Shrugs
5x10 (my traps need to grow!).

    Abs and scapular prehab work.
    -------------------------------------
    Not too hard workout.

Think my sore shoulders are caused by my inability to externally rotate which is exacerbated by squatting. Will make sure I do my scap work and other rotator cuff work properly.

Dunno, I've done 203kg for 5 before but I've become crazy weaksauce as of late :/.

I've put 210 in as my 1rm and it has me shooting for 235 after the 12 weeks.

    Squats

147.5kg 3x5 - form was loads times better, less good morning, more actual leg work.

    Deadlifts
180 x 5 - hard :/. Was tempted to do rdls instead to work the hammies hard but will do that next time.

    Chins 5x5 +5kg

Tricep work + pallof press + press ups on medicine balls.

Need to work on mobility tough and fast. bleh.

Also, can get into the third hole of my zulu belt :Z, I was using the sixth one not too long ago :/

Is that an average day's worth of food for you?

I finally see why I don't lose weight too quickly.......
