Are you slightly lactose intolerant as well? I'd love to have whey with water but it makes me want to projectile vomit

Has been as of late. Upped it slightly but not by much.

It is that little? I thought it was quite a bit lolz... (unaware).
Breakfast for me is normally 3 eggs, 75g of oats in milk with a double scoop of whey. Eggs fried in a table spoon of olive oil. Fish oil when I remember to take some.

I normally eat 500g of meat throughout the day with rice and veg, sometimes some nuts, some yoghurt here and there.

I'll have whey on top of that after working out.

Back in glasgow, decided to go today.

    squat
    150 x 6

    Deadlift
180 x 1 (felt my lower back twinge so left it)

Chin Ups 5x5 with 5kg extra

    face pull/pallof press superset.
    ----------------------------------------
Looks like I'll be jumping back on the texas method. It'll help me to increase my strength without me fannying about with rep ranges etc and it'll also mean I'll spend less on journeys .

    Paused Squats
    110kg 2x5

    Press
    40x5x5

    Rows
    80/85 3x6?

Chin ups, face pulls, medball pushups + pallof presses to round off the malarky
    -------------
    Paused squats felt good.
Press was ok, shoulder pain is tng.

Been feeling tennis elbow symptoms as of late. Rolled my triceps hard with a tennis ball and that seems to have alleviate most of the pain. Will continue with that and ice.

    Squats

    152.5kg 1x5

    RDL

    110 3s x 6r

    Chin Ups 3x8

    bi / tri super sets

Kettlebell windmills (8kg) 3x8,, ,these were awkward but I do like them

loads of stretching - god it feels good
    -----------------------------------
Squats felt good, can manage to get into the third notch in my belt now with a lot of ease!

RDL, dropped the weight and really focused on lumber extension. Grip was really letting me down.

Triceps don't feel as sore now that I'm hitting them hard with a tennis ball. Also, doing a lot more lower body mobility work and i think it might be paying off. Need to do more upper body.

Nice squats. Also used straps for RDL? Do you have any set plans for your squats and DL atm?

No straps for rdl - my grip seems poorer with them on. Chalk and hook grip.

Tuesday's work was good, squats felt really fast and deep. Squats today weren't too great. Pulled my hamstring during the first set and stupidly decided to carry on :/.

Been a while since I've updated this. Progress is very poor as I'm suffering from training adhd . Doing the Glenn Pendlay 5x5 now but I'm not too sure about 3x5 deadlifts . We'll see how it goes.

Past few workouts, i've just been doing a load of volume so i thought i'd start with the 1x5 day today.

    Slight deload hence lower weight.

    Squat
    145 1s x 5r

    Push Press
    50kg 5s x 5r

    Rows
    75kg 5sx5r

    Accessory stuff.
    -------------------

    New goals.

    Squat 170x5 (with decent form)
    Push Press 85x5
    Deadlift 210x5
    Press 65x5

By the end of the year.
