Calculating what weights I use when I'm going from 20kg to 15kg bars make my head hurt. Probably shouldn't do chins before workout, arms were absolutely shattered midway through press sets.Last edited by cowsforsale; 10-09-2011 at 19:48. -

Felt absolutely shattered today pre-workout, really need to go to town with the coffee. 147.5kg felt slow and 4th rep was definitely a grinder I wasn't expecting. Should probably do it right and bring my belt with me but it takes up too much room

Push press, arms were pretty fatigued in the end.
Should probably rotate my days so that I'm doing heavy squats on a weekend when it's quieter and i can focus more on the task in hand. Oh well, will reattempt similar weights this time next week. -

Squats felt good, shows how effective a belt can be.
Arms felt really fatigued after first set of push press, so started doing triples instead. Same number of reps as last week so i'll probably stick with 8x3.
Rows felt light and were light coz i ended up doing 67.5kg instead of 80kg for 5x5

Easy session. Front squatting with the thick bar is quite hard. Bar keeps wanting to roll down my arms.
Some douchebag managed to smash a mirror a few yards from me so staff kept walking in and out my bit. Plus that puts a power cage out of commission .. (hope they sort if out asap).. -
