Calculating what weights I use when I'm going from 20kg to 15kg bars make my head hurt. Probably shouldn't do chins before workout, arms were absolutely shattered midway through press sets.

Felt absolutely shattered today pre-workout, really need to go to town with the coffee. 147.5kg felt slow and 4th rep was definitely a grinder I wasn't expecting. Should probably do it right and bring my belt with me but it takes up too much room .
Push press, arms were pretty fatigued in the end.
Should probably rotate my days so that I'm doing heavy squats on a weekend when it's quieter and i can focus more on the task in hand. Oh well, will reattempt similar weights this time next week.
