    Deadlifts

    60kg x8
    100kg x6
    130kg x5
    165kg x3 x5

    Press

    Bar x6
    35kg x5
    45kg x5 x5

    Front Squats

    60kg x6
    80kg x3
    97.5kg x2 (failed 3rd - GODDAM)
    90kg x3 x3

    Other stuff
    ----------------
Deadlifts were a lot harder than they should be. Will probably move onto the deload / intensification phase after next session for a bit.

Press was easy. Front squats - failed 3rd rep of top set so put my ego at the door and lowered the weight.

    BW = 79kg :O! Can't remember the last time i was sub 80kg!

Hip flexors were crazy tight no matter how much I tried to stretch them. This slightly affected the squats but session was easy overall..

    Deadlifts

    60kg x6
    110kg x6
    130kg x5
    150kg x3
    170kg x3 x3

    Press

    35kg x5
    40kg x5
    50kg x3 x3

    Chin Ups (+5kg) 8,4.. (BW) 8
    ----------------------------------
Hip flexors were playing up again. Still, deadlifts felt smooth (so much better deadlifting with a 28mm bar).

Also tried some barbell hip thrusts - they absolutely crushed my hip joint!

Hip pain was there on warm up sets and was absolutely painful for 140. Was hoping to get 155 for a triple .. Disappointed by my squatting activity, i decided to do some low weight high rep squats.

    Bleh session all in all..

    Absolutely bleh session

    Squats
    70kg x6
    100kg x5
    115kg x5
    130kg x3
    145kg x2

    Push Presses
    67.5kg x3

    Rows
    80kg x3 x3

    Bulgarian Split Squats
    bar x3 x10
    ----------------
Top set of squats were cut short due to absolutely troublesome hip and abductor pain ! Also, been re-taught how to squat as my form is absolutely **** - not to mention the fact that it is so obvious that I shift to my left on the way up !

A guy who I hadn't trained with for a while commented on how lean I am. Bw is only 78kg as well. Anyways, really need to work on eating (more meats, more saturated fats) if I want to get stronger. However, I am very reluctant to eat more due to my past experience of being a fat ****! Need to stop bitching on how weak I am !

Definitely starting to admire those who stay ****ing strong and lean day in day out.
