Current and future Biomedical science students - Accommodation

Hi, could someone help me out with accommodation based on the following criteria:

1) Close to Biomedical science lectures (not sure exactly where they are so any help on that would be really appreciated).
2) En suite
3) Self catered

Most of your lectures should be in University Place with tutorials and labs in the Stopford building so you probably want to pick from the halls that are in Victoria Park (Rusholme area) or the City Halls. I had a friend that lived in Hulme Hall which seemed nice enough.

I stayed in Fallowfield so I don't know which of the two above is closer, I'd think they're about equal. I wouldn't discount Fallowfield though just because its a bit further out.
