What is wrong with Ephebophilia?

Apart from the girl possibly not being mature enough to understand the consequences and give her consent. But assuming she can- what's morally wrong? (not legally- it's quite obviously legally wrong).
Did you only ask this to prove how clever you are knowing what such a long word means?

Well I think it's pretty acceptable in society. There's loads of pornography out there of 'young' girls i.e. actresses 18+ but with pigtails and pink skirts so they look younger. It's not uncommon. And the age of consent in the UK is 16 - according to wikipedia ephebophilia is liking people aged 15-19. Once again showing that it's not exactly condemned!

There's obviously nothing wrong with people that age having boyfriends/girlfriends. However I think it's on very dodgy moral territory if someone age 15/16/17 is going out with someone much, much older. At that age they're unlikely to have had much relationship-experience and so the older person would very much be in a position of power. People that age are much less mature than they are, even when they're 18 or 19 they're much more mature and so then ready for a much older sexual partner. So personally I wouldn't date a guy under 18 for moral reasons even though I wouldn't mind hypothetically screwing one.

Surely its morally wrong that an adult is taking advantage of a girl that is most likely severely hormonal.

It's natural to be attracted to people who are sexually mature (I mean able to have sex/displaying physical sexual characteristics. I'm not sure if that's the best way of phrasing that, but you know what I mean), and a lot of teenagers are. We are designed to be having sex and having babies after we start puberty. Whether teenagers are emotionally mature enough for a sexual relationship is another matter, which I suppose is where the moral/legal side of it comes in.
If the age of consent were lowered to 15 don't you think ephebophilia would be defined down to 14 or 13? Would you think that was wrong?

(For the record I would lol)

This is just like saying "They deserve to be murdered, is it still wrong to do so?" Of course it is.

The law is the law.
As long as the girl is over 16 and you're both consenting, then it's fine. I go for girls who are 16 to 19 mostly anyway.
