Do you think students are gathered in flats according to their course or nationality?

I would like to move to Aberdeen from the end of august and stay at woolmanhill but the summer lets finish on 3rd of sept! What would be my options in order to stay in Aberdeen until the 17th of september (leases start)?

Is anyone else in this case?

I have been allocated flat 10, room A. What room are you in?

I will doing pharmacy, so seems like they allocate people randomly, not according to course.

98 is a top floor flat. Any flat ending in 8 or 9 is the top floor.

I'm honestly not sure how students are gathered into flats. I lived with a range of students from different courses, but all male and all Scottish. Other flats had mixes of Scots and non-Scots, and some flats had solely Nigerians. I don't know of any flat that had people solely from the same course, though.
