Got up nice and early to go to the gym... and found I was still knackered from yesterday! Did manage some cleans, some pull-ups and just random things but definitely wasn't a proper workout. Stretching in a bit as my legs are so tight, and I shall be back tomorrow to deadlift properly

Also back to pre-week long binge weight, woo

Okay, so got up this morning and my body seems to have got a grip and lost the 2lbs it claimed I'd "gained" yesterday morning. So that's good, and I don't feel as rubbish about it now! Must have been water retention, then :-).
Not sure what exercise I'm doing today. Might go into town to visit my boyfriend, but don't know whether he'll want to or not as he's getting ready to go on a lads holiday! -

I do wish the person/people going through negging everything would actually do something productive and comment...
Anyway, back from the gym
Did some weights, then spent the rest of the time on the treadmill/cross trainer/bike watching the news.

I can't even lift weights today - had my implant out (and haven't craved sugary foods all day, odd but not a causal link that can be proven!) and I'm so scared of ripping the steristrips and having a bigger scar. -

I'm so fed up - I've now put on another stone in two months, bringing my grand total to eighteen stone or eighteen stone five with clothes on. I no longer know what to do other than cutting out food altogether, because whatever I do, it isn't making a difference. I've been doing exercise routines, swimming, walking, cleaning the house, couch to 5k, eating less, eating hardly anything and yet I am still piling on the weight. The only thing I can think of is my anti depressants, but I can't give them up as I can't function properly without them.
Got a family meal in a week's time but I have no clothes to wear. In April I was a size sixteen, it's now August and I am pushing a size 24/26 in trousers. What a joke - I've got next to no tops, pyjamas, trousers or even underwear that fight right - my jackets I struggle to do up, I have to undo my jeans when I sit down as they cut into my tummy, my knickers and bras don't fit right anymore - my boobs have gone from a 36C to a 46DD in less than a year

If Youtube has it up then I'm pretty sure it's fine. Youtube deletes the stuff when a copyright claim is made against it - the Jillian Michaels exercise DVD, for example, keeps getting taken off.

I'm starting to get a little freaked out by my lack of cravings for food. It's probably more in my head than anything else, but I don't think there's been a day in the past few months that I haven't craved something junk foody!
Go see you GP and talk it through with them, some ADs etc do have links to insane weight gain and if it's getting you down maybe it's worth trying a different one?(Original post by daisydaffodil)
