Re: The Commons Bar Mk VApparently in September I have 6 hrs contact time a week and then after Xmas I have only 4 a week. God I love doing a humanities subject. I think I might actually start turning up to my lectures at last with that kind of timetable.

Re: The Commons Bar Mk VAs Teaddict says, he's a Conservative MP, with dual membership to the Libers.(Original post by DayneD89)

Re: The Commons Bar Mk VSo much for your party's long-term defence that you're not Tories.(Original post by jesusandtequila)
As Teaddict says, he's a Conservative MP, with dual membership to the Libers.

Re: The Commons Bar Mk VHe's probably right, though I do like the TSR Tories. In fact, I've left the RL party and will probably join LPUK when they get their act together.(Original post by Adorno)
I don't think I go along with that. -
Re: The Commons Bar Mk VBut quite what makes a (Right) Libertarian different from a Tory? Especially the kind of Tories we have here: economically right, socially ... liberal (kindest word I could think of).(Original post by Wednesday Bass)

Re: The Commons Bar Mk VGenerally more free market and a bit more liberal. The members who post in the house may be fairly liberal but in the party forum we have a few who are more authoritarian. With the real life party, I'm not a big fan of Cameron and generally they're a bit too centrist for my liking (but what can you expect from a major party).(Original post by Adorno)

Re: The Commons Bar Mk VAlas it is true... I compromised on too many things socially and some economically as well(Original post by Adorno)
You're not quite as rabidly right-wing on social matters as you like to portray yourself.
Damn progressive world
