Had an interview for my first choice at Sheffield Hallam on 30th Jan. Awaiting anxiously for thier answer; in which we were told we would hear at the beginning of March aggggh! Only 30 spaces out of 120 that got through to interview. Any one eles been or going to Sheffield Hallam for interview? how did you find the selection process?

Have you rang them, to be honest I don't think they have done all of their interviewing so I don't think you should be too worried. Fingers crossed for you. X

Yeah, I've actually rang the admissions department so many times that the guy who answers the phone actually knows me.
I'll just sit and wait. Lol.

I know how you feel, I was borderline stalking the admissions faculty. I rang them so many times we were on first name terms. They told me in my interview they are interviewing pretty much every week (one day a week) from jan until April. So I'm sure you will hear back soon, keep checking your UWE welcome. I'm refreshing my Ucas app every day to see if there is any change even though I was told I won't hear back until April. It feels like forever.... Gd luck though

i applied for sheffield hallam ages ago but havent heard anything back yet. have they finished interviewing and accepting applicants?

hello! has anyone else not heard a thing from any uni they've applied for? liverpool john moores requested my driving license bout 2 weeks ago but havent heard anything else since or from anyone else. i applied for edge hill, uclan, liverpool, SHU and hertfordshire.

should i be worried lol?

I'm still awaiting a reply from Edge Hill and UCLAN. Liverpool John Moore's requested my driving license details in December and still haven't heard a thing -,- I got declined from SHU the day after UCAS deadline day and so did a few people I know so the fact you haven't heard a response from SHU means you're in with a good chance of an interview.UCAS paranoia sets in doesn't it i'm currently checking my emails every hour :/ lol

We were told that they interviewd 60 people on 30th of Jan and they were interviewing the other 60 at the end of Feb. They have to give you notice though so i reckon if your succesfull you should hear back sometime this week GOOD LUCK

Sounds like you are doing the perfect A Levels.
I am personally doing Mathematics, Psychology and Health & Social Care, and am at disadvantage as I don't have a thorough Science, such as Biology or Chemistry! So thumbs up for you so far.

Please note that whilst achieving relevant grades is obviously important they take more notice of extracurricular activity (volunteering, st Johns, charity work etc). Securing your Biology grade would be your primary aim since they'd want a high grade in that, and the others would just be supportive grades.

Im currently studying there, there might be a few paramedic students around that day if you wanted to ask any questions etc. We won't be able to help with the interview etc as its a completely different format. But any questions on the actual uni or LAS your welcome to ask
