Not really

A little in school.
9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react?
Yes to all about 2 years ago or something. Out to friends for considerably longer.
10. Do you know many LGBT people?
A fair few
11. Have you been involved in any LGBT organisations or societies? What did you think of them?
No I haven't.
12. Have you been to any LGBT events? How were they?
I've always avoided Pride, it's not my thing at all.
13. Do LGBT considerations influence you politically?
Yes
14. Are you in a relationship? If so, for how long?
Single.
15. What do you look for in a partner?
They treat me well and are passionate about something, even if I don't particularly enjoy it myself.

Yes, no bad experiences really.

I've had girlfriends but nothing more than a kiss, I guess I was doing what was expected of me.

No

Not really, just looking to talk to some other LGBT people, as there are VERY few in my life.

I've questioned myself for a few years, but I only came to terms with my sexuality last week.
7. Do you feel like you fit any orientation-related stereotypes?
Sometimes...yes. The lack of sporting skills and having my emotions close to the surface.
8. Have you experienced any homo- or transphobia?
Not personally, but friends and family have been homophobic to gay people on TV etc.
9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react?
I'm out to one person, one of my best friends. She was perfectly fine with it. XD

I know some SUSPECTED, but none that are actually out.
11. Have you been involved in any LGBT organisations or societies? What did you think of them?
Nope.

Nope.

Not really interested in politics, but they do sometimes.

Somebody who I can be myself around, who makes me laugh and enjoy myself, who appreciates and loves ME. They should be witty, kind-hearted and crazzyyyy. Gotta look good too!

9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react? Been out to my dad since I was 15, my mother since 18. Dad very supportive, mum has come round to it. Friends are very supportive.
10. Do you know many LGBT people? Not loads but a few yeah.
11. Have you been involved in any LGBT organisations or societies? What did you think of them? None, hoping to become involved in uni.
12. Have you been to any LGBT events? How were they? Just Gay pride (Belfast) to be honest it's always a disappointment.
13. Do LGBT considerations influence you politically? I'm pretty left-wing.
14. Are you in a relationship? If so, for how long? Yep
for nearly 3 years now.
15. What do you look for in a partner? Humour is so very important in our relationship.

About 9 years. I was really young and really confused.
7. Do you feel like you fit any orientation-related stereotypes?
I'm often identified as a lesbian, sometimes even referred to as 'he' although I have been with my male partner for over a year now and no longer question my physical gender as a female.
8. Have you experienced any homo- or transphobia?
I have, yes.
9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react?
I never "came out" although I will probably have to in Uni. People usually assume and that's okay. My parents, however, are unaware.
10. Do you know many LGBT people?
Many.
11. Have you been involved in any LGBT organisations or societies? What did you think of them?
Sort of. They were okay - more work could have been done.
12. Have you been to any LGBT events? How were they?
Swansea pride. Planning to go to Cardiff this year Great fun!

Yes and no. It's not something widely talking about in politics. Not as much as it should be, anyway.
14. Are you in a relationship? If so, for how long?
Nearly 14 months but we have been on and off for years.
15. What do you look for in a partner?
Humour, intelligence, the ability to have a debate without getting aggressive, opinionated, adventurous, likes to travel and share new experiences... must love animals :P

Same as above, although I find that this varies more. I have had one (current) good partner.

Not much. Although, Swansea has a few gay bars. It's not bad. Swansea isn't the nicest area though.

I got bored and wanted to redo the questionnaire, so it's now slightly less intrusive and doesn't assume a gender binary, among other things. Copy it into a post and answer as much or as little as you want.
You should also check out the LGBT Chat Thread (not linked since we seem to get through a new thread every few months) where we chat about pretty much anything constantly.

I don't know many gay people, I figured I'd get to know some.
3. How old are you?
20 and loving life
4. What's your gender?
A big man!
5. What's your sexual orientation?
Technically bisexual, but women see my sexuality as complicated mostly, so I identify as gay, as I like men much more anyways.
6. How long have you known your orientation?
Ever since I masturbated to Triple H in WWF when I was 4/5.
7. Do you feel like you fit any orientation-related stereotypes?
I like moisturisers, mainly for the smell, I like to smell nice, even though nobody ever smells me! One day, I might be kidnapped, but spared because i smell like Body Shop Fuzzy Peach Shower Scrub.
8. Have you experienced any homo- or transphobia?
All while I was growing up. I wasn't good at closeting it, so I got a lot of bullying for it. I was really fat when I was younger too, so I got a lot of bullying about my looks and things, which made me really depressed then.
9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react?
I'm out, to my family and friends. My family were fine, they were just worried about any persecution I might get in future, but they know it's generally accepted now, so they're fine.
10. Do you know many LGBT people?
A few. I don't have much to do with the LGBT society at my university, most of them are vile and think they're god's gift.
11. Have you been involved in any LGBT organisations or societies? What did you think of them?
I like the idea of LGBT societies, but I think they're too prominent and closed, and I think it should focus more on incorporating us into society, rather than making us escape it.
12. Have you been to any LGBT events? How were they?
I went to my uni's LGBT night. It was awful, it was a total breeding ground and you could feel people staring at you as if you were prey.
13. Do LGBT considerations influence you politically?
Not really, I think some political parties just use the gay button to win over a big demographic of voters tbh.
14. Are you in a relationship? If so, for how long?
Yes, for a year and a half, though we're separating when we leave university and go our separate ways.
15. What do you look for in a partner?
Somebody who is funny, and had emotion in their eyes. Somebody who is sensitive but has a fighter inside. Somebody who is passionate, about something, it could be anything, but just a flame that I can see is nice. Somebody with a nice smile who warms me when I see them.
16. Have you had any sexual experiences with the same gender? Good or bad?
A few!
I came out at university and made up for all the time I missed out on while I was in high school. I was creeped by anal at first, I just didn't like that kind of stimulation, but I worked on it, and now I love it, and I'm a right filthy bugger now!

Nope.
18. Do you go out on the 'scene' (LGB clubs and bars) much? Can you recommend anywhere?
A few times, Newcastle's gay scene is fun, but full of old men, and guys are aren't easy on the eye, if you get me!

Daniel Bruhl, Philip Olivier, Will Mellor. I like rugged men, big nipples, thick hair, and beautiful eyes

I don't know how to describe it really - I've only ever been out with guys, but I'd definitely go out with a girl if I hit it off with her. I'm much more picky with girls :P Maybe I'm more pansexual, but with a preference for guys? I dunno. I don't like labels. I'm not a tin of beans :P

6. How long have you known your orientation? About 4 years, but only came out a year ago.
7. Do you feel like you fit any orientation-related stereotypes? I don't think so, although I am a bit of a tomboy- but that's not the same.
8. Have you experienced any homo- or transphobia? Yes.
9. Are you out? For how long, or are you planning to? If you are, how did people react? I came out last February- most people were OK, but I have lost friends and I went to a Catholic school, so that didn't go down very well.

Not directly as only few people know that I'm a homo.

My mom found out a few years ago, I was much more shocked than her though. Yesterday I came out for the first time to a friend of mine and she was okay with it.

Why does he have to be American 
I came out at university and made up for all the time I missed out on while I was in high school. I was creeped by anal at first, I just didn't like that kind of stimulation, but I worked on it, and now I love it, and I'm a right filthy bugger now!
