Reservoir Dogs (1992)
Quentin Tarantino's debut feature, this independent film marked the birth of an age that would radically change the way films were made. It is principally about a jewellery heist gone wrong, although it was unique in that you never see the heist taking place. Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977)

Set a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, a small band of Rebel troops attempt to destroy the Death Star, a stronghold of the Galactic Empire.
