    Still a problem!
I had a condition called phimosis. Much to my surprise I have actually managed to retract my foreskin whilst having an erection - something I really couldn't foresee happening. But I managed to do it and I'm just doing it alot now to try make it become more natural and conditioned for me to just roll it back fully so that it is normal.

Anyways part of the problem I've had with phimosis is how to roll a condom onto the penis. Because the skin would get trapped at the glans I wouldn't know how to roll it down. So I tried again now I've been able to roll it back a bit and I managed a bit better but I still have a problem. The 'bit' of the condom you roll, the hard ring - it is so strong and it feels like my penis is suffocating. It doesn't want to roll. What am I doing wrong?? I can't even believe this is happening - what the hell. Why is it so difficult?? I don't get it. Is there some kind of trick to it?

Also what way to you put it in? Maybe I am doing this wrong - I've never known which way to put it in. Do you put the nipple thingy side in first or is that meant to be on the outside?? Anyhow the rolling of the condom is a problem no matter what side goes in first.

Condoms should just roll down v easily. Perhaps you need to buy larger ones? If you google how to put on a condom, you'll find lots of info

Can't say I know anything about phimosis but as far as putting on a condom goes, the 'nipple thingy' is on the outside which you hold on to as you roll the other bit (which should also be on the outside) which will help prevent the condom breaking hope everything goes okay

Ok I will read the thread in a bit.

I tried it again this evening, the right way around. I still don't get it. It doesn't want to roll and I also find the more you roll the harder it becomes to roll. Guess I'll need to speak to the GP. Worrying times!
