[Help] Year 2 problems

I have done badly in my Year 2 economics degree. It counts 50% for my degree, which make me nearly impossible to get a good honour. And now I don't know what I should do as I am allowed to proceed to Year 3, but I don't think it is a good choice.
If I want to transfer University, do I need to show Year 2 result? I appreciate any advice.
Sorry if i posted on the wrong area

Ask your university if your degree classification can be based on your final year rather than on 30% of your second year + third year... I know that some universities DO choose between the marking systems depending on what is convenient.

Thank you! I will definitely work harder. As for the weight to count for the degree classification, the department they see Year 3 result as more important and in borderline case would help, but I am too far off to get 2-1.
