Hi I feel bad for you as I understand how u feel and student finance don't help. If your already at Uni speak to support people very quickly because if u end the course because of this you might have to pay fees. I had no joy and ended up leaving my chosen course but I waited a year and now doing nursing as NHS don't care if you have a second degree. The system has let you down basically and it's horrible when no one helps and you have worked so hard to get onto the course. Sometimes it works out for the best and something better comes along.Hope you do get it sorted 
I'm still gutted about what happened and at the time I was in a state but it's not worth it. Look into open Uni the course is the same and cheaper !
