Does anyone really believe that Gilly raped Jacqui? I could never imagine him doing such a thing yet Jacqui doesn't half make it believable, still though, Team Gilly all the way!!
I feel so bad for him.

In that she didn't actually try to stop him (I'm pretty sure that Gilly would've) and then felt extremely guilty about sleeping with him afterwards. Then she convinced herself that he raped her and she didn't actually want to sleep with him because she's so devoted to Rhys blah blah.(Original post by drbluebox)

I don't think it was rape at all but I do think that she actually believes it was. I don't see how she'd be so ****ed up and distressed about it now if she didn't. Although perhaps her anger towards rhys and her family for attacking Gilly may be guilt because deep down she knows he's not really a rapist? Oh, I don't know, probably over-analyzing.
Oh and I haven't watched the past few days (got them on record waiting
) So apologies if there has been any developments in the storyline that I'm not aware of.

I know, it's boring now. Brendan in jail and Silas gone.. but surely he has to come back they won't just leave it at that! It was such a big storyline and frustrating but it's even more frustrating now. -

Re: Megathread of HollyoaksFor love's sake, why the hell is Silas still alive? I'm getting sick of the sight of him. Why don't the writers kindly do us all a favour and kill him off in a bizarre and elaborate (but entirely necessary) accident involving a frisbee and an electricity pylon, so that we can all talk about the more interesting characters that Hollyoaks has to offer, and we no longer have to mention his foul name on this thread ever again.
What say you to that, fellow Hollyoakers?
