Creatine will not give you shiz if you don't work out, it just increases your max load and water retention, which is useless anyway.

Why would age impact creatine development?
Anyways, there is only a certain amount of creatine your muscles can hold onto. Unless you are eating a ton of red meat, its unlikely that you are reaching that max.
