A2 Health and Social Care Coursework, Unit 10 Care Practice and Provision

I have just started the A2 course for Health and Social care and we are doing Unit 10 Care Practice and Provision. We are doing to coursework backwards, so are starting with AO4 (Professional roles, Approaches and Working in Partnership) and are now doing AO3 (How Quality Assurance is Promoted by Services) over the summer.
It may just the way it has been taught, but I am not entirely sure what is supposed to be included within this work. The textbook we have doesn't tell you much on the Quality Assurance Mechanisms, does anyone know of any resources or anything that might help to understand this work?
