Student Finance Cannot Fund Me ...
Hello, I am Indian, with Indian nationality. However, I have "Residence card of a Family Member of an EEA National". My dad has Portuguese nationality, so basically his is an EEA National.
I applied using common form which I got from the website and not used EU Form.
However, after sometime I got a letter saying I have been "Transferred to EEA Migrant Worker Team".
The letter is saying I need to provide my fathers employment contract, last three months payslips and p60 from 2010/2011.
The issue is my father hasn't been working since the last 8 years.
So, the question is what can I do if SFE has rejected me, like who else can I ask funding from.
