Help need to choose between westminister and middlesex for masters HR

Hello i am an international student and will really appreciate your help. I am trying to choose between middlesex and westminister. i have never been to any of these schools and wont be able to before i register.

I seem to like middlesex more as it seems to have a good environment and international people from diffrent regions, the website looks really friendly andthe ranking is slightly higher than westminister however westminister is a centre of excellence by CIPD for HR which would i guess would be good for me but from what i have read looks like a boring place to study with little social life and international asian students mostly. the location of westminister is good but am also worried it would be super expensive.
Middlesex curiculum looks good but seems too flexible. Honestly i dont know which would be best.

Will you please advice me on the best school for me also if you go there as well.
