Any more news? Just to let you know by the way, I had 4 rejections before I got an offer, so don't despair! Keep your chin up.
Yeah I got rejected by all of them, It's annoying because the fifth one offered me an interview, so I accepted but then the next day i heard from my 4th one and their interview was on the same day and they couldnt change the date.
So I emailed my fifth choice (manchester Met) to ask if they could change it, and they said that they will contact me after that interview date, they never did and on the day that i was going to contact them (like two weeks later) i got an email saying that i was unsuccessful.

Anyway enough rambling I'm using UCAS Extra at the mo so hopefully that can get me to Uni in September!

    Hi everyone.

I'm doing BA primary ed, starting in October at Durham, Queens campus.
I'm a mature student at 39 with a family, so obviously living out. Anyone else in a similar situation?? A little worried I won't get the full experience due to age and not living in halls!!! Jx

Hi, I've quoted your other post too . I'm in exactly the same position, its nice to know its not only me who won't be 18! I'm mature (31) living out with a young family. Are you local? Excited? I'm excited and apprehensive all at the same time, going back to education and exams after around 9 years out lol

Hi ive just done 5 scottish highers and i think i will meet glasgow uni entry requirements of 2As and a B. Regardless of how i do i think i would apply for primary teaching. Although its stupid and definitely not going to stop me, are there a significant number of more females doing this degree, would it be seen as weird for a guy to be doing this?

I had quite a few male primary school teachers when I was little and when I went to my interviews for the course I met loads of guys wanting to do primary teaching! I wouldn't worry about that at all

Hello I've stayed in Pryce, Graduates Court, and loved every second lovely second! Its around 14 hours in the first year over 3-4 days, the second year is more intense but first year isn't too bad. The placements are exhausting though, really draining but really fun too!

    I am!

I want to be in halls on the main campus I think! Although someone said we can't apply for actual halls, just the type we want! self-catered and en-suite or not etc.

Feel free to pm me your facebook. Nice to meet one of the 108
