Be aware that markers will mark down numerical answers either too low (accuracy - sfigs) or too accurate in the AHP, I have given answers that I think to the correct no. of sfigs! - if you disagree please let me know and why!
Just new to advanced higher physics and was just looking for a little help. How hard did you guys find the advanced higher course relative to the higher course? I found higher challenging but I was getting all A's. Is there a lot more work involved? Also, does anyone have access to good course notes they could give me? Thanks in advance guys
TBH, I actually found Advanced slightly easier than Higher, unlike others... Well like most Scottish Students you will have access to Scholar which is very useful and you should always try the Check-Up tests, they are really appropriate to the course and question types.
Another good revision material would definitely be the Bright-Red Revision book which was very, very useful and a key reason why I'm quite sure of attaining a good mark in the exam
I also found Advanced Higher a bit easier than Higher. I really enjoyed the course to be honest. It's not too difficult if you keep on top of it, and scholar is really useful too!
