okay, when do people move in?!?! I saw this "Moving in weekend is the 24th and 25th, and freshers week starts on Mon 26th" which is what I thought it was, bbut from my ucas track and a couple other people, it says it starts 1st september??
However on the northampton website it says the 26th. I just need a straight answer haha I'm getting so worried.

Im pretty sure we start to enroll from the 1st September, I read on the Facebook page that freshers starts the 26th and courses start the week after so I'm pretty sure we're not gonna be there from the 1st!

if you are unsure, if you have accepted your accommodation through the northampton room offers thing they give you to log into, it tells you on there when your room is available from. My isnt until the 24th so I assume alot of them arent till then, Hope this helps.

Now even more confused I'd like to know when we start too... maybe the september bulliten would tell us. I live local so not staying in halls and just living at home...

If you check it says the 26th for 2011/12. I think the 20th was last year!

If your in halls you move in on the 24th and freshers week starts on the 26th (20th was last year!) dont worry if its anything like last year they will start sending you a crap load of paperwork with info about freshers and moving in good luck everone your going to love it !

You should be moving in the 24th Sept as lectures usually start first week of Oct

It has been like that for the last three years so I would be surprised if they had changed it for this year

Most 1st year students will be sent out an e-mail at the start of September to pre- enrol online, then complete the enrolment process on:

- Saturday 24th September 2011 ( Students moving into halls and all health and joint honours students)

- Sunday 25th September 2011 ( Students not living on halls exculding health and joint honours students)

Freshers week starts on Monday 26th September and ends Friday 30th September (although events may go on after this date)

Welcome week which is your induction week also co-insides with freshers week.

Full term starts on Monday 3rd October 2011

Some students (Art, Helath, International and health courses + others) will be contacted seperately if they need to enrol on another date

If you are not contacted with another date then you will enrol on 24/25 regardless what UCAS says, as most dates on UCAS as ususally provisonal and incorrect

Just an FYI to anyone who doesn't know, I got the bulletin from Uni yesterday for when everything is.. if anyone needs to know anything let me know they should have been sent via email..
