Sarah Palin has a new non campaign video out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUMPT8Y_KT4

These videos that her pac puts out are excellent in my opinion. Karl Rove ,former Bush advisor is expecting Sarah Palin to enter the race .

New Rasmussen poll data shows,

1) Palin leads Obama 40-38 among INDEPENDENTS.Independent voters are what wins and loses elections in the states, like the economy.

2) Palin wins a higher percentage of males against Obama than any other GOP candidate.

3) Palin wins the same percentage of COLLEGE GRADUATES against Obama as Mitt Romney does against Obama.

As Obama approval ratings continue to fall across the boards, amongst independents and democrats this new poll data shows Palin is very much a contender. Also it must be said, Palin has not declared she is running yet. These numbers may well rise certainly initally if she enters the the race. The key is whether she can maintain them or make further gains.

The question is, is she doing this to boost her image or is she actually going to end up running?

I half expected this to be porn.

The idea that that woman could become the most powerful person in the world is terrifying.

Hence why this video exists. It portrays her in a more friendly way and someone whom the people can relate to. I actually was almost won over by the video myself

She is going to run... most people acknowledge she will as she hasn't made Season 2 of "Sarah Palin's Alaska" which I actually enjoyed as she showed Alaska in an excellent light.

I know basing it on her not making Season 2 of a TV Series isn't the best but that was the marker for a lot of people who were seeing if she would run.

That awkward moment when Sarah Palin wants us to believe she eats the same fried butter as the rest of us. :colonhash:

She isn't going to run, she just likes showing up at Republican primaries and remaining somewhat relevant so that she can continue getting booked for speeches and getting paid, son spreading the "blessings of liberty."

Yup, that video was a very good argument against democracy.

Loved the comments on the video.
Poster 1:
She's energized and forceful. She's a leading politician with a vision of her own for America.

Poster 2:
She is a stupid cnut.

Somehow I can't take anyone seriously when they name their child "Track", let alone the vast number of gaffs. And that's not even taking her ridiculous views on health care, global warming, the abortion debate (which never seems to go away in america) and science education.
I think the only thing that I can sort of agree with is that she wan't abstinence to be taught alongside contraception, it's true that children are becoming active too young these days so that may help the stem that, but I still maintain that no sex before marriage is an outdated rule.

In reference to the video: if I was given a chance like that, where people recognise me and already support me, I think they'd say the same things about me (or indeed any reasonable person) as they say about her.

If you believe she is just all about the dollars (which I don't) surely it makes sense now for her to make an attempt? Because if she doesn't ,it would probably harm the brand she is selling.all her talk is cheap. It is worse to be seen as a coward and a fake than a loser who put up a good fight, especially amongst the kinds of people that support and bankroll her. I personally think it will harm her brand more now not to run than to run.

This last video Iowa passion, even featured someone shouting for her to be president. Whoever is making these videos knows what they are doing and would have included for good reason, especially because they would want to make every second count.

I don't think it will, the whole point of this tour is to gauge whether it would be worth her running and thus far on this tour it is showing that she has a string chance but it is still too soon... however if he leaves it too late it can bite her on the arse ().
I don't understand how any "independents" would vote for Palin over Obama.
Got to admire her neck to shamelessly roll into these states on her bus where the candidates who have declared are campaigning and have the media running after her, while she makes a few backhanded comments about each candidate. This is done in my opinion to seperate herself for as long as possible from the others ,because she knows that neither the republicans and democrats are particularly liked and both are held responsible for the economic mess. She wants to be percieved as different from the rest, the woman of the people who will bring real change . The question is will americans after the farce that was Obama who also campaigned on change believe she is sincere?

She has been campaigning long before any of the candidates from 2008 in my opinion.

I think it shows, just how unpopular Obama is.Palin hasn't even declared she is running yet.

I think when campaign staff insiders are saying they will have to run a profoundly negative campaign (attack the candidate who is running against him) because there is little positive they can use it shows how vunerable he is. And the GOP attack dogs will bite back hard.

When prominent Obama supporters are calling members of the left in america stupid in articles in national newspapers and that they do not understand the intelligence of Obama in his actions as president with his approval ratings sinking I get visions of the fuhrer in the bunker chewing the carpet screaming 'where is steiner'. When Obama himself is saying that progressives are being unreasonable when they criticise him for not being left wing enough. I wonder how many of his base will bother coming out to vote democrat? .
