I'm applying either for Accounting & Finance or Accounting and Philosophy, I haven't decided yet but if I get an offer, it's certainly going to be my firm!

Protip: say things in a less *****sh way.

The accommodation can be depressing if you let it be, seeing as it's largely from the sixties and can be grotty depending on the condition you and your blockmates keep it in. And the bar can be similar, if you go with the wrong people, though if you're vaguely intelligent you'll soon work out that if you don't like the SU you can go to one of the seven or eight other bars on campus. Or the many surrounding pubs.

Toilets were grungy, better now. Going by first impressions is a little silly.

It really is as nice as it looks, but bear in mind that all of the pictures you're likely seeing are from Summer, which is about nine months after most people get there.

I really want to apply for medicine at Keele ideally but ive decided to do a deferred entry and not apply for it this year but whats hindering me is my GCSE grades I got 7A's 2B's and a C but Im convinced with 100x mre hardwork I'd achieve great results in a-level is it possible for this uni particularly..?

DON'T LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL STATEMENT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!

I literally did my final draft the day it had to be handed it. I did about 500characters on Galileo and on the scientific method, which was absolutely nothing to do with myself. I luckily, managed to get into uni despite this, but for all the stress and trouble It caused, I'd really wished I'd have started researching university's and writing my personal statement, on the first day of term. Seriously, don't leave it until the last minute.

Also, revise for your exams. This might sound really obvious and you might get sick of people telling you this but don't start revising a week before an exams, or even two weeks; start revising as soon as possible. In fact, why not turn of your computer and start revising now? I massively regret failing a few of my exams and I'm know I'm going to struggle at uni because of it.

Study alot, try your best and you'll do fine.

I have just completed my final draft, I will be sending it to my referee for the final read later in the noon. Good-luck with yours too.

I have A*AB so I do not have much option than applying to keele. But I heard it has a lovely campus and I prefer country life as opposed to the city life eventough I am from city too. And as long as I get a degree in medicine I just do not care where it is from.

I was just wondering if you knew anything about the night life? Does keele have nightlife as extravagant as somewhere like newcastle?

What job will you be holding to during the gap year? I am planning to earn as much money as possible this year!...lol

And have you actually visited keele in person. To be honest with you I am a little picky on accomodation. I have booked an open day on oct. the 15th. Hopefully I should be provided with some answers that day.
