There aren't many black people in China, fact ... Even as tourists. I don't know if that's anything to do with racism though. Certainly China has a whole culture of loving White/pale skin...

There is some truth in it, yes. I'm not speaking of all Chinese people, because I have Chinese friends with best friends who are black, but according to some of my friends many (if not most) view whites as superior to them and blacks as inferior. There are a few unpleasant nicknames. There was one half black Chinese girl on a singing competition who was racially abused throughout by the general public. My friend also tells me that they don't view themselves as racist, however.

Of course, it may just be a few vocal extremists who are making everyone else seem bad; it's difficult to say.

I've also heard that both Chinese and Japanese people are very racist towards black people - as well as white people, although to a lesser extent - but I honestly don't know how much truth there is to this. Racism in a country on the whole is a pretty difficult thing to measure.

Such a silly list. The Zimbabwe comment, because every government in the world is happy with what is happening there. Spain definitely needs to be on that list, the racism within football and F1 is disgusting. Russia is also true, shame as I would really like to visit Russia, dont fancy being a tourist in a country that racist and that corrupt though.

yes i think some of them are, when i went to china.. my goshh!! and my race is not even far from their race (they're east asian).. and i'm south-east asian for goodness sake... so if they were racist towards me, i could imagine how racist they would be towards whites and blacks

When i visited China I didn't experience any racism, only a lot of staring and getting my photo took which i didn't really mind. If anything, the chinese seemed to constantly comment on how beautiful and handsome us english were. However i don't know how china is on black people or other races
