    Islam religion of terror???
I find it shameful that the acts of a group of Muslim can cause Islam to be written off as a religion of terrorism. People need to realise That the religion is perfect and Muslims are not! Whose fault is it they choose to ignore verses in the quran that tells them, the killing of innocent people are forbidden and if one kills 1 innocent being its like killing the whole of human kind, and many other verses.

So why is it that people choose to call Islam a religion of terror, even though Islam condems terrorists??

95% of people know this. The rest won't change their minds based on this thread.

I think its because the terrorist attacks are pretty large even though it is a minority and people think some of the problems caused by culture in various countries is Islam

Calling Islam a religion of terror is as ridiculous as calling it a religion of peace.

Can you clarify your definition of 'perfect' in the context of religion?

Well, Islam is often confusing and seemingly impenetrable. Many people haven't even bothered to try and read the Koran, or to ask what the faith is about.

There are many different "Islamic Groups" who seem to be involved in unpleasant activities, and from this springs a general fear of Islam. People are mistaking the Religion for it's Adherents, as well as believing that Terrorists represent Islam just because they say they do.

I don't know what the highest authority of Islam (on Earth) is; is it the Koran or the Clerics, or something else?

I try to be open minded, and even I don't know that much about the Faith, education is the only way to increase understanding and respect.

As in all of its teaching does not go against human nature. All it guides us to do is good and forbids us from evil.

I think its expected that people who hate Islam will be alot more vocal than those who are indifferent .
1 paranoid troll will post more than 1000 indifferent users

Does the Koran view non-believers as innocent people, out of interest?

    Genuine question, I don't know.

minority spoilt it for the majority so im not surprised you think that
but if you dig down deeper into Islam youll see that it is most definitly not a religion of terror but rather a religion of peace

I hardly think TSR is the best place to get views on religion. And 12 votes is hardly conclusive. W/e, I know I'm not going hell and I can just pray for you guys. Peace.

Brienza13, ANY and I mean ANY idiot out there can take chunks from a Holy book and claim that they are aggressive or violent, when they’re completely OUT of context and have no explanation attached. Debating with ignorant fools like you about the nature of Islam is completely and utterly pointless as you clearly have NO interest/understanding about Islam. GET A LIFE!

This post failed to clarify the definition I asked for. Neither does it contain anything remotely related to my post. Unfortunately, your attempt to make up for this by making it incomprehensible has surprisingly also not helped matters.

All in all, not a success on your part.
It's clear that anything I would post is not going to change how you view Islam. Your entitled to your view and Thats all it really is...
