Bill question!

I've also posted this in academic help, but that section is quite quite dead, and I'm also quite desperate to know the answer (exam tomorrow morning!).. So don't be too nasty :redface:!

When refering to a Bill do you use c.1(a), rather than s.1(a) as it consists of clauses?

Also, what is the name/term/title etc for the bit about Royal Assent? Eg, "Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal... etc"? Thanks :smile:!
