*Joins the fray*
Had an interview at KCL yesterday - In two minds as to whether or not I did well!
Interview at Brunel next Wednesday
Still waiting to hear back from UEA, SOTON and SGUL.
If any of you guys were there (KCL) yesterday, how did you find it? I don't think I've had any proper sleep just going over the questions asked and wondering if I answered them adequately or not! -

I feel exactly the same, i think my interview went okay but it was hard to tell because they hardly gave anything away.
Haha last night i was just going over everything i said and what i should have said. I really loved it there and just hope that i get a place but we will see, what will be will be.
Is Kings your favourite?
(I might have been talking to you yesterday as i spoke to a lot of people haha, but who knows- what batch of interviews were you in?) -
Re: Physiotherapy: 2012 entry
I'm doing a BTEC too
spoke to the admissions tutors at Cov and B'ham and they both said that doing a BTEC does'nt lower your chances of getting in. At the Cov open day I spoke to one of the girls already doing the course, and she said that she'd actually done a BTEC in forensic sciences but had been accepted because she has demonstrated an understanding and passion for physio

Re: Physiotherapy: 2012 entryI was there too! At the time I thought it went okay but the more i think about it the worse I remember it being! What did you think of the questions? The ones they gave me were really open ended and not really specific so it was hard to know what they wanted you to say... I was in batch 1 though so at least I got it over with quite early!(Original post by MuftiMan123)

Kings is one of my favourites so I was hoping it wouldn't be the first interview I had but it was so I didn't really know what to expect haha. I've got an interview at St. Georges in February though (it was meant to be yesterday but had to rearrange!)

Re: Physiotherapy: 2012 entryI had mine yesterday and was in batch 1 so got my interview over pretty quick...i think it went ok but they had to prompt me for a couple of the questions if i didnt give enough points, not what they did at my birmingham one...dont know if thats good or not! Hope they get back to me within the next 2 weeks!(Original post by MuftiMan123)

Theve already had 1 set of interviews.
However, You will only get an acknowledgement until you may get an email about interviews.
Hannah who is already on this site got an offer following her interview.
She told me the next interviews are around Feb/March -
Re: Physiotherapy: 2012 entry
I've got an interview at Coventry on Wednesday! So nervous, any advice for it?
I got rejected frm bham then got an email today saying that they would like to consider me for their sport and exercise sciences course, and I could do then their physio msc programme. Anyone else had this email?
Currently weighing up the pros and cons of doing it this way, any advice welcome

Re: Physiotherapy: 2012 entryThere is a lot of misinformation about this. At the applicants day after being offered my place, we were told categorically by the admissions lady that we couldn't get a second student loan. However, if you have paid off your first one, and you are on certain courses - basically healthcare ones and a few others then you are eligible. I would ring the student loans company and ask them. As long as you have no outstanding loan with them and are enrolling on an eligible course (physio is one!) then you ARE ENTITLED to one.(Original post by Maes Seren)
How? I'm on my second degree and I got turned down for a second. -

Hehe, I think I remember you, yeah. I was in Batch 1a so was one of the first people to get interviewed.
Kings really would be my first choice considering that it's so close to home as well as that it's just such an amazing campus.
My questions were pretty straight forward and general I think. Of course the most obvious one and then they asked about team skills/situations. It felt like maybe they were too...general, but I'm thinking I probably over-analysed them and just running through my answers in my head now.(Original post by bb1994)

I'm still waiting to hear back from SGUL but I recall someone saying there was a snafu with their email system so I may call and find out on the progress of my application.
Hmm they didn't prompt me but I did feel like I talked waaay too much. I think my nerves got the better of me! I think the wait for the written test was the worst, especially when the lecturer just came and started hovering over us all!(Original post by kh1994)

I'm just starting to prepare for the Brunel interview and have NO idea how to do it! A group interview felt like it might be easier but now that I think of it, it just feels like it's going to be that much harder, making sure you don't come off bossy/arrogant and also making sure you don't come off too shy/reclusive.
