I got 88/100 for my unit 1 edexcel history exam and 98/100 for my unit 2 history exam - so 186/200 overall AS history grade.

What exactly would I need for A2 in order to get an A*...

You would still need an average of 90%, so at 180/200 for the A*.

Thank you!

It says that UMS 100 is the max mark - so I got full marks???

Possibly, it really depends on how high the grade boundaries were. For example it's out of 90 and 56/90 is an A.. Then anything over 68/90 is likely to result in 100/100

Full UMS yeah. Can't be sure about full raw marks without looking at the grade boundaries. Sometimes full UMS is something like 77/90 as it was in the C4 exam I just did due to the difficulty of the paper.

Edit: I guess 100 UMS is full raw marks then for your paper.

Okay thanks

For an A* is over 90% UMS points or raw marks?
