    UEA Clearing
Considering the colossal flop that was the Edexcel C3 exam, I very much expect to have to go into clearing in August because I was depending on that exam to give myself a better chance to get into the universities I wanted. I've already began looking into alternative universities, ones with lower grade requirements and found the English Lit Foundation course to be great. They only ask for CCC.

The only thing I'm wondering is how lenient they are with grades when it's clearing (I suspect I'm going to get (A/B)C(D/U.) )

It depends if the course is in clearing at all- I can't talk about the Lit +1 course specifically as its new but last year the 3 year Lit course was one of the few that wasn't in clearing. If it is then again it depends on circumstances- how many other applicants they have with the right grades. UEA are known for being lenient where they can however.
