    Postgraduate Accommodation
I understand that accommodation at KCL can be difficult to secure at the best of times, and have heard it is even more difficult for postgraduate students. What are the chances of getting a place in one of the halls as a postgraduate? Anyone had any experience in this?

I'm going to be a postgrad and was refused. I've got myself a place in a private hall in Highgate Village.

How much was the private accommodation? Is it in a reasonable location?

    Re: Postgraduate Accommodation
    Hi,

I applied at the end of July for accommodation because I was only given an offer three weeks earlier. I was initially told that I was put on the wait-list and was told that I should strongly consider looking for private accommodation. However, I did end up getting a room at Liberty Living, which was my first choice. But now that all the incoming undergrads have been offered accommodation, your chances are probably much slimmer. I'm also an international student, so that may have contributed to my luck.

    I hope that helps
