Urgent uni help please help me asap

Hey guys, i didn't get the grades needed for my firm and insurance, so went through clearing was unsure whether to move far away or not so thought i would just retake, changed my mind now but is it too late to go to uni now or what ???

check ucas, there might be some places left, if you like any go for it, if not retake

thing is i thought clearing finished on friday ???

There are still clearing vacancies, but I would expect the only unis left are those which appear much lower in the league tables if that's important to you, and there might not be anything for the course you want to do.

I rang up ucas and it said clearing finishes end of September. I dont understand is that there are courses available on ucas clearing but when i look on the university website it says vacanies are closed/full.
