    5 Seconds to reach a stop I think
    It was very ambiguously worded.

    WOW. 15 GCSE's that's a lot mate. I take:
    Maths
    English Language
    English Literature
    GCSE PE
    Expressive Arts - Dance and Drama
    History
    French
    Chemistry
    Biology
    Physics
    ICT
    That's only 11 GCSE's
    That's a lot The most you can do in my school is 11 (if you stay after school) and most people do 9 (or 7 and two BTECs). I do:

    English Language
    English Literature
    Maths
    Add Maths
    Core Science
    Additional Science
    Geography
    History
    Spanish
    RE
    Drama
    BTEC PE

    You can't really do much at my school. You can't do triple science, performing arts, photography, business, things that everyone else seems to have a chance at

    I feel like i have failed my physics exam today as on the question about the skydiver i wrote about air resistance and weight thinking it was about a freefall parachutist :s when i was meant to write about gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy.

    I've only got hope if the grade boundaries are similar to the exam done in January which was about 44/75 for an A* but dont personally think it will be that low as the exam wasn't very hard.

    I just made stupid mistakes ):

    I'm worried about English at the moment. The teacher has been in 3 lessons since easter, out of a possible 20. We've just had loads of supplies since then who don't know what we're supposed to be doing, and it's starting to get on my nerves.
    English is my weakest subject as it is, I don't need this.

    Because everyone that likes science has to be a doctor :holmes:
    no because most people who do sciences and maths aspire to be a doctor.

    30m/s, or something. I think that was the only question I couldn't figure out, I think

    I feel like GCSE Physics is so less in depth than Chemistry and Biology; in Chemistry we learn quite a bit, yet in Physics we can learn an entire lessons worth of content with a few sentences on the board

    Is there a 7th module for Gateway, or only 6?
    Only six modules I got 30 but being a mathematician I used SUVAT! I used this formula:

    S = (U+V)/2 x T
    Where s is displacement or distance (75m)
    U is initial.speed (what we were finding)
    V is final.speed (0m/s)
    T for time
    So
    75 = (U+0)/2 x 5
    15 = (U+0)/2
    30 = U + 0
    U = 30 m/s

    Yeah, <3 SUVAT, but I wasn't thinking in the exam

    Oh, so out of the hundreds of science-related degrees available, over 50% of science students choose to apply for medicine or have had at some point aspiration to become a doctor :pierre:

    My mistake :holmes:

    You're not allowed to discuss today's exam papers. You'll have to wait 24 hours (i think) before discussing it.

    Kind regards
