I agree with you all - this year has gone FAST! It seems that each year gets gradually quicker as you progress through school...

I have 3 more exams left - Biology (12th), Chemistry (15th) and Physics (20th). They're all unit 1 with AQA and after they're over I'll be so relieved and relaxed. I just want a life again without worrying about exams!!!

You know how the time flies. Only yesterday. It was the time of our lives.

Anyway, I have no idea how to study history.

Highlight your notes and read them as keywords you need to remember. On another note I am probably going to miss high school; pretty fun for the last few years... Next year come September we will be in college, the world awaits.

    Long story!
I was doing photography GCSE so I asked foursome photo help of a girl...
She gave me some help... Then we talked loads..
I gave her my dilemma of no work experience...
Told her about what I like...
She says my mum is head of engineering at Cardiff uni...
I applied etc. And got in... Only two places a year yes!

Your doing the same Science exams as me but I also have Maths and Geography but the other two exams should be easy-although,Geography does require some revision.

Geography is quite enjoyable but can get boring-my exam in June,is on Natural Hazards eg.earthquakes, which I really love so I'm really enjoying it but I didn't like coasts too much, which I had an exam on in January but I still managed to get 100%.

Maths is so enjoyable-I'm like a maths nerd-UI create my own maths and problems and have scrapads worth of maths in the house and I have done this for years-I have moved on from numerical problems though, know they are mainly algebraical and complicated and strange including my new maths syllabus that I'm working on,including how X can't theoretically equal 0 very interesting stuff but I did only get 99% for Unit 1 though.

On another note,I'm a bit tired because I haven't went to slept yet and have been on the computer since about 4am.

    My geography exam is on:
    Natural Hazards and Plate Tectonics
    Globalisation
    Climate Change
    Population
    Development
    Hydrology

I absolutely love maths, you seem to enjoy it as well!!! I'm hoping to sit my whole AS in January of Year 11

I'll leave you to sleep then

I do Geography B,which means that you only have to study one topic but in double the depth and 3 exams, instead of 2 and no,I don't plan on sleeping just yet and I can't really sit AS Maths in January Y11 because I don't finish my Maths GCSE till June Y11 but I do plan on taking GCSE Further Maths, which includes quite a few A-Level topics like Calculus,Matrixs and cubic equations and quite a lot more.

Ah right, good luck (and to everyone else too!) I hope I do well. I like science, but I don't find it as easy as other subjects to get really high grades. I can get B's and sometimes A's, but I've never had an A* in the subject. I have to say that I don't really like how the mark-scheme's very specific. Sometimes it's too vague and then it goes really into detail with other stuff - you never know how much they're looking for or what information they actually want from you. You get an idea with the marks available, but when they also phrase a question badly and expect you to write about all this technical stuff it's bad...

It might just be me though. I want an A in Biology, A/B in Chemistry and I'm fine with a B in Physics because I know I'll do rubbish and my teacher's dreadful. Plus, I can't stand the subject. Biology and Chemistry are fine, but Physics is awful. I hate how it's all maths related. Just leave that stuff for maths!!

    Sorry, rant over. :L

What's everyone up to today? I'm off shopping to Waterstones and out for lunch. I'll probably buy a sheet music book which I've been looking at for ages with some really good songs in, and then my Waterstones card has around £8.50 on so I could use that to get a "free" book. Then I'll have a Sunday Dinner (roast dinners ftw) and then tonight we're going to some beacon lighting torch thing (I don't know the name of it) where they set lights off around the country at specific times and it would look really cool from a bird's eye view. Not sure if anyone else has these where they are?
